Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

Yes, everyone in a Premium Family plan has their own Spotify account, so you can all listen to the same playlist at the same time. Feel free to share the playlist with the members of your Premium Family plan by following these steps.

 

If you’d like to allow other Premium Family plan members to edit the playlist (so they can add, remove, and reorder tracks), you can also set it to Collaborative by clicking the playlist's "three dots menu" and selecting "Invite collaborators." If it's of interest, this support article provides additional information about how collaborative playlists work.

 

For a synced listening experience in real time with the members of your Premium Family plan, you might also be interested in starting a Jam and then inviting them to it. You can read more about how the Jam feature works in this support article, as well as in this announcement post from last year (when it was introduced for the desktop app, since the Jam feature was initially only available on the mobile app).
