Singer not found/ banned singers ?

hello,

me and a friend of mine share a playlist the thing is I live in France and him in Germany in his playlist he got 200 titles and but in my point of view I got 183 titles his point of viewI then looked for the missing singers there was KC Rebell and I found no song even tho he got  1,133,156 monthly listeners KC Rebell 404

Missing or unavailable music is almost always a decision by the artist/label to withhold the content from Spotify. Sometimes it's temporarily unavailable while they sort out legal issues or correct metadata, in which case it'll be back up as soon as they resubmit it to Spotify. While it might be a good idea to contact the artist or label directly and ask why the music isn't on Spotify, you can also fill out this form to let Spotify staff know of your interest. You might also be interested in supporting this idea, which suggests a simpler method for requesting albums missing from Spotify.

No what I meant is my friend can listen to his music on spotify but not me unfortuatly:/

Yeah, album and song availability changes from country to country. It looks like KC Rebell currently isn't available in France 😞
