Songkick concerts showing on wrong Artist Page

Songkick concerts showing on wrong Artist Page

Hi there,

I recently tried to sync my artist's Songkick page to our Spotify page. I put in the correct link information and so on in my request, but for some reason, the tour dates have been connected with a different artist who releases music under the same name.

Could this urgently be rectified? We're keen that our recently growing Spotify following and listeners are able to find us, and we have a few concerts coming up soon that we're excited to promote. I did contact Songkick who has forwarded my issue to Spotify but it's been a couple of weeks now.

Tour dates are incorrectly appearing on this page: https://open.spotify.com/artist/0Zka0CfoHaPJT0RWdeZLYq

but should be on this page: https://open.spotify.com/artist/23cdpaGrrDugawj3gEEUBd?_authfailed=1

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble syncing your Songkick artist page with your Spotify page. It sounds like the tour dates may have been connected to a different artist with the same name.

To get this issue resolved, I recommend reaching out to Spotify's support team directly. You can do this by going to the Spotify for Artists website and clicking on the "Contact" link in the top right corner of the page. From there, you can select the issue you're experiencing and send a message to the support team.

Be sure to provide as much information as possible, including the correct link to your Songkick page and any other relevant details. The support team should be able to investigate the issue and help you get it resolved as soon as possible.

I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck with promoting your upcoming shows.

It can take 24-48 hours for tour dates to show on Spotify once they are added to Songkick. 2. All events must have a specified venue, not just a city or town. Events without a venue won't show up on Spotify.

if this answers your question, maybe give me a Like. follow myspotify_account_link.png? and community account here and if you want a different kind of spotify offline head here and it will be poston the idea submissions when they look through the ideas. keep up the good work  and keep on growing the community!

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

"Songkick’s partnership with Spotify has come to a mutual end. Due to this we’re no longer able to add tour dates to Spotify artist pages. If you have feedback or questions, please contact Spotify here." Anyone else know what else we can use? The spotify page only says "We’ll share Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Songkick, and AXS listings on Spotify and in emails we send to your followers." Does that mean no more free service tour date synching?

Seems like it! If you find a solution, let me know. Tried to manage an account on bandsintown but doesn't seem like they're getting back to me
