Songs under greeting never change

My Question or Issue

Hello! Every time I go to the Home Screen, under the greeting, two same playlist and two same songs are featured and they never change. Is there any way I can fix this or this is just normal. This happens on PC, Phone and the Web Player.

Sorry to hear that this is happening. There are several factors which may hinder those playlist from updating. Here are some things you can try:

• Log out everywhere - doing this will make sure that your account is properly synced with the servers
• Perform a clean reinstall of the app on all of your devices in order to avoid any issues caused by broken cache - check out this article for a step by step guide.
• Make sure Offline Mode and Private Session are disabled.
• Disable your VPN.
• Listen to music via the search option and not only through recommendation playlists such as Daily Mix, Discover weekly.
