According to sources it was Peter's own choice not to allow his music to be used. Some artists do that -t ehy pull the plug totally.

I managed to get some of his songs from another website which has now closed down. 

The only album I have seen is on Google Music but it's called "Live Blood" and it's a concert so not really for me. I don't like live versions

Peter Gabriel was here for a week, but now he is gone! He and Bono have been negotiating with Spotify about deals of their own, so I gather this week was just to test the returns.

I'm in Finland, which is usually bundled with Sweden by record companies. Maybe the Nordic market is too narrow a segment for Gabriel or his label. He would not be the first artist, whose albums come and go here; Camel is one of the most mobile ones.

I a big fan of PG, love his music! But this on and off thing isn´t good at all. If you release your music on Spotify, let it stay there.

Sweden music is not the main here...

But if you listen mainstream then... Listen handsup or hardstyle, not much from Sweden and these tracks stay in Spotify 😄 Music from Germany, UK, Poland and even Israel (Crystal Lake) etc. 🙂 I'm from Finland and I listen cool music like handsup and hardstyle.

Hands up, mofos folks that listen this kind of music in Finland maybe less than 5% of population, but we're so special 🙂

If you turn radio on here, pure garbage. Same songs over, over, over, over and over again. Spotify forever! To listen radio here in Finland you need to be as strong as cow.

Looks like his entire discography is now only available in the US. As this is down to the publishers, I think we need to start harassing them guys!

I just can't understand why for so long, nothing was there and then all of a sudden, I notices albums 1 to 4 and So and Us. I added them all to my playlists then just a few days later, you could only listen to a few tracks from each album. The others were not available. Now they have totaly gone! It is just like it was before.

I simply can't understand why 6 full albums were there just for a few days.

So and Up were both on there. His studio (real world studios) is about 20 miles from my house I think i'm going to go and ask him why..

So sad about Peter Gabriel being here and then gone again.  I was listening to Steam, Digging in the Dirt, and Sledgehammer on repeat all day for days!  Anyone know when they will be back?

The return for artists from spotify is simply **bleep**. I don't blame artists not wanting to be on there as much as I wish they all were.

Spotify need to make the royalties that artists receive a hell of a lot more fair and it's only big names artists that could make that happen.

Spotify couldn't be the biggest music platform in the planet if they weren't so £ucking greedy.

Ps. The new layout is crap. Bring back the starred songs.
