Stolen song under an artist on spotify

The song is horrible quality and is a complete copy of Crave You (Adventure Club remix) by Flight Facilities.  https://open.spotify.com/track/283LAlCpfArRZOXPfkOQj0

Not trying to be "Copyright Police" but I just want to make sure people hear the song in the best quality and so the artist gets the credit they deserve.  I don't know exactly how to report this, and I'm not sure how this even got on spotify in the first place.  Can anyone help out?
