Streaming Plays numbers over a time period?

Solved!

Streaming Plays numbers over a time period?

Hi,

Firstly I'm not sure if this is the right place so I do apologise -

I'm wondering is there any way to determine a song's streaming plays over a period of time? For example, if I wanted to review Let Me Blow Ya Mind by Eve's plays since August 2022, would this be possible, and if so, how can this be achieved?

Tail-wagging hello to you nearly!

Yes, it is possible to determine a song's streaming plays over a period of time on Spotify. However, this data is not publicly available and can only be accessed by the artist or their label through Spotify for Artists.

As a regular user, you can use third-party tools such as Chartmetric or Kworb to see a song's daily or weekly streams and chart positions, but these may not provide data for specific dates in the past. Additionally, these tools may not be 100% accurate as they rely on estimates and calculations based on various sources of data.

If you are interested in the streaming plays of a particular song, you can also try contacting the artist or their label directly to see if they are willing to share that information with you.

I'll be doggone if I don't hear from you!

Prague,

Who's a good boy?!

You won't be aware of my need to access this data, but using your suggestions (ChartMetric) I have been able to source exactly what I am looking for. I'm overjoyed as I have been searching for a solution for a long time, I need hard evidence to substantiate claims I am making within my academic work and the raw data available within these sites is like a goldmine to me. I hugely appreciate your prompt support.
