The song just keeps skipping

When I shuffle play, the music starts playing and it keeps skipping songs. It plays for a few seconds then goes to another song. Please help with this problem.

same with me but the song doesnt event start it just passes through the list and then nothing happens ,please help this is only hapening on my pc  anyone know what i can do

What is the Spotify app version, the device and OS version is this happening with?

I use my phone and the spotify app version is 5.2.0.885. OS version is 4.4.2

Double check that your device is not in offline mode from the Spotify app settings: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/guides/#!/article/listen-offline/?in=search make sure the content you are playing not set to offline as well. Premium Spotify users can offline content for up to 30 days at a time. If being offline is not the issue, you might try doing a Spotify app reinstall on the phone and see if this fixes the issue: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/?in=search

Same. Super frustrating. Both on my phone and computer.

Also after this happened I turned off my phone and turned it back on and all my songs were no longer downloaded.
