My Question or Issue

Spotify has kind of combined two artists with the same name, Michael Smith the religious singer and Michael (Peter) Smith the folk singer. I don't blame Spotify, it's a common name, but only one of them is tolerable to my ears haha. How does this get fixed?

Reported the artist mix-up and I can't believe how easy it was. The person actually spoke fluent English and solved the issue! How is Spotify making ANY money, not charging but employing native English speakers in their customer service?
