My Question or Issue

On a recent long car journey we started listening to an audiobook. We listened to about 3/4 of it but did not finish it. My husband has since been able to listen to the rest of the book, but when I try to listen to the rest of it, it says I have to pay. I have already listened to most of it, so why should I have to pay to listen to the rest of it?

Thanks for reaching out!

If you've been listening on the same account you've likely been using the listening hours included in the Premium subscription.
Through that link above you can also see the steps to check how many hours are left in the account for the month.
It's possible that your husband finishing the audiobook has used up the available hours, which has left none for the account for this month.
These hours will refresh on the next billing date but until then you'd likely get prompted to get additional listening hours in case you try to listen to another book 🙂
