Thanks for getting back to us with the video recording. 

If you've accidentally hid this song on your Spotify mobile app, that might be the reason why you can't play it now. Would you mind checking this? 

If that's not the case, could you please send us the song URI and the exact Spotify version of your phone? This will help us investigate further.

You are right the song was hidden, I don't remember how it happened though. I have unhid the song and it is working fine on both platforms. Thank you for your help.
