Updated re release of EP, can I submit to editorial?

I released my first EP in 2016 but have now remastered and updated the songs. I recently pulled the old version of the EP because it didn't have many listeners. I figured I could just treat it as a new release and upload the new version via my distibutor. Will Spotify allow me to submit this version of the EP for editorial? It has the same name and tracks as the old 2016 version but they are updated mixes, essentially new music under the same name. From a distribution standpoint, it is all new music because they are getting fresh barcodes and new ISRC numbers. I wasn't sure if Spotify would not allow editorial submission because the tracks previously existed under the same names for my artist account?
