Videos not working for main account holder in family or duo accounts

Videos not working for main account holder in family or duo accounts

Reading through threads here it is now clear there is an issue with the main account holder of duo or family plans being able to access music videos. I have this same issue. 

I have the duo plan and the other user has had music videos for over 6-8 months. I have never had access. 

Multiple different chats below also appear to show exactly the same thing, but the message that keeps getting repeated is “it’s rolling out”. This can’t be a coincidence. There must be an issue here that should be investigated.
