When I use spotify in my car via bluetooth it has a crackling sound

ever since I updated my iPhone to IOS12. I have to turn my bluetooth off then turn it on again and re-connect it to my card. I have deleted the spotify app many times as well as resetting my phone. It's very annoying that I don't even use spotify in my car anymore. I have also removed all offline devies. Can you tell me how to fix it?

My car does the same thing and I'm not sure why.. Does your car have an aux input that you could use?? I ended up buying an aux cord for cheap off of amazon and I have no more crackling anymore! Great solution for me

so it turns out that it was actually my iPhone and not the app. What Apple got me to do is reset my network settings and thta fixed the problem

Setting>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
