Where did "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Pt. 2" go?

All the other Harry Potter soundtracks seem to be available, except for Alexandre Desplat's "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Pt. 2". I looked around in the community and it seems that the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Pt. 1" album had disappeared at one point as well. 

Where did Pt. 2 go? Why was it removed and, more importantly, will it come back like Pt. 1 did?
