Where to go when different artist profiles merge together?

Hi guys.

Im struggling to un-merge two artist page profiles that merge together. 

In the past i've done this thru this community and inmediately found where to post this kind of issues and solved in whitin few days. But now i can't seem to find where is the best place to post this corrections i keep getting ignored or delayed. 

Im struggling today , with this case. I uploaded a first album from a fresh new artist called " casta " . turns out there's a very vast catalogue of another band called also " casta " , so my album got displayed on their profile and now i need to create my own profile and bring my album to my artist page new profile. I uploaded everything thru tunecore.com and this got automatically done this way. i need to fix it. 

can anyone help ?. I have the artist ringing my phone and its taking way to long, he is right . Already submited posts and got the mail asking me if im happy with the solutions given , but no solution was ever delivered yet. Also instaled spotify for artists but since my name is not " mine " given the other artist called also casta, i cant acceed to claim.  I feel like loosing grip.
