Why does my Spotify for Artists Avatar Image show the latest release cover?

Hi,

I have a Spotify for Artists account and have uploaded my Avatar Image and Header. On the mobile Spotify app, while this can be seen at the bottom of my Artist Page in the 'About' section, I see the cover of my latest release at the top of the Artist Page and in the thumbnail next to the Artist name on all my songs. 

As you can see in the below screenshots, the marked areas show the cover of my latest release instead of my Avatar Image. Note that 74 hours have already passed, cache is not a problem and the image size is correct.

As you can see below, my artist avatar can be seen in the 'About' section of the Artist Page. However, it can't be seen in the locations I have marked above. 

How can I make it appear in those places?
