Why is my entire discovery playlist filled with covers??????

For too long my discovery playlist is filled with nothing but D grade artists singing covers. It's like anybody can be an artist on spotify these days. Is it because you can pay these people less royalities hence why you push their music? I listen to a drake song and I get 5 awful covers of the same song from people that sing in the shower at home. I listen to one Camila Cabello song and I get a bunch of spanish songs. wth spotify?!?!?!?

Hello! Spotify always tries to suggest you new music based on the songs you listen to. You can improve/customise those suggestions by giving feedback (thumbs up/down) on the songs you listen to.

No matter how much feedback I give it, it keeps filling my discovery list
with D grade cover artists. I listen to a drake song and I’ll get 6 covers
on my discovery list of the same song. It’s an absolute joke. Anyone can
with auto tune can become an artist on Spotify these days
