Hi there!
Just as the title notes: Why isn't David Duchovny **bleep** or Highwater on Spotify anymore?
Enjoyed listening to the album, but now only one song is available on Spotify (The Things). Looks like the album just disappeared.
Hope someone can give some clearance.
Thanks!
No one?
I literally just found this out today and I am so sad. I really wanted to listen to it today and nope, nothing.
It's totally gone and I have no idea what to do. I may have to buy the CD (which I have no problem with) and import it...but the whole idea of having spotify anyway was so that I have everything at my fingertips and don't have to worry about importing anything. And I know nothing about importing in spotify because I never even knew you could..so I don't know if I would even be able to listen to it on mobile which is my primary way to listen or if I would have to be thethered to the computer to listen to it.
I think something must have happened with the licensing 😞 who knows when it will be back
@Diviance @caitlin92 @Nerdroid hey there, thanks for reaching out,
when an album or song isn't added, or is removed, it's usually the choice of the artist or label - spotify wants people to enjoy an expanding library of over 30 million tracks but individual copyright decisions aren't theirs to make.
For that reason I suggest you reach out to their page or label on social media or their site!
In the meantime, you can import local files to your spotify library - you can also add your vote to this active idea!

Last week it was available on Spotify for a few days, but it's gone since yesterday.
I found that the Spotify search engine will often show no results for an artist. But googling the artist will provide a link to the Spotify url which contains the music for said artist.
This is happened for David Duchovny. Spotify search shows up nothing. But, google”David Duchovny Spotify” and you’ll get a link which deeplinks to the David Duchovny artist page in the Spotify app
weird. But it works I guess
