Why wont downloaded files play on my iphone?

My Question or Issue

The song says its playable and it does play on both my desktop and laptop but wont pkay on my iphone, i was thinking that its either the iphone or maybe the file type.

First we'd like to yo perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
