Will the full version of the Flaming Lips' **bleep**'s Angel's Cracker Factory make it to streaming?

I just noticed that pretty much everything by the Lips is on Spotify, yet their full 23-minute version of the 8th track on Telepathic Surgery (**bleep**'s Angel's Cracker Factory) is cut down to 3 minutes. Granted, the track was written as a "bonus" on CD copies of the record, but so was Fryin' Up, and that track is cut down at all. 

It's a shame, because the full song is actually my favorite of their entire career, let alone of that album in particular.

Spotify tries really hard to get music available on their service, but in the end the availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
