can't open audiobook on my iphone

downloaded audiobook to my spotify computer but on my iphone it only gives me an old 4 minute promo version and I cannot get rid of this
the audiobook is Yellowface

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app on your phone? This will ensure that you're running the latest app version and enable any new features, as well as remove saved cache from previous versions.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you log in to your account using a family member or friend's phone to see if the audiobook appears for you there?
