My Question or Issue

I've recently been trying to use the group session feature remotely. The songs don't follow the same order as on the lead device. It also does not register when the lead device has changed a song.

Hi there @rumijumi,

 

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try with a different internet connection to see if the issue persist?

Thank you! I did try this but it still didn’t work. I tried scanning the code but it would say the feature is only for premium users even though we both are. Is the feature not meant to work wirelessly?

Can you do the following:

  • Try an alternative connection (if you're on a public or office network try a private network, if possible)
  • Soft reset of the device
  • Ensure the operating system is up-to-date
  • Ensure that the device has enough storage space

If the issue persist after this, can you try from a different device?
