no internet connected even though I'm connected to Wifi

My Question or Issue

I started having this issue recently and I've tried everything I can think of. For some reason, when connected to the wifi at my workplace, Spotify keeps telling me I have "no internet connection". This isn't true as I can still easily use apps like Youtube and such. The strangest part is that, when connected to wifi at home, it works fine and the issue only seems to happen when connected to my work wifi. I've tried everything short of reinstalling, and I don't want to do that unless absolutely necessary (plus, what's the point if it's just this one wifi it doesn't work on?). I can't use data at the moment either as I have to buy a new card for it and therefore don't have access to data until then.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Since this only occurs while using the network at your workplace, it's worth reaching out to your network's/VPN's administrator to see if it's possible to remove possible restrictions for the Spotify app. They should be able to take a closer look and help further with this.
