Can you send us some screenshots of what screen you see when logging in the app? Usually, if you've logged in once, the app should be asking you to log in every time.

It's best you do a clean reinstall of the app, following this guide. This will remove any possibly corrupted app files and insure you're running the latest app version.

Also, make sure:

• That the Spotify app is granted all necessary permissions from the phone's app settings
• That the Spotify app is excluded from any power saving, cache clearing apps. On some phones, there are certain apps that automatically clear cache to save space, these apps can hinder the Spotify app, as it relies on app cache for most processes.
