A song from an artist album is skipping like a scratch CD. Try on different platform updating software etc and nothing work. Can the artist or the person who uploaded the album fix the issues? It's the album "États d'amour" from "Isabelle Boulay" song title "Blanche comme la neige" around 2:46 of playback of the song (see screenshot)
