My Question or Issue

There is a persistent issue with HTTP connections to the Debian repository which is preventing 1.3K users from updating the Debian Spotify client within my company. Our internal mirroring system is unable to download packages from https://repository-origin.spotify.com due to HTTPS connections being remotely closed before the number of bytes specified by "Content-Length" are received. I am able to replicate the issue with curl and chrome from non-corporate machines on different networks. This issue only occurs with Spotify's repository and there are no viable work-arounds on our end. We'd like to resolve this issue as our security policies strongly disincentivize distributing software with known security vulnerabilities (i.e. outdated versions of CEF). The issue affects both http(s)://repository.spotify.com and https://repository-origin.spotify.com with HTTP1.1 and HTTP2. Please investigate the issue.
