Music won't start from the begining

Every time I click to play the music it won't start from the beginning of the song, it cuts a second from the beginning.

It was already reported at least twice in this forum since 2014 with no official answers from spotify members:

It's a clear issue and easily reproducible. Won't you fix that? I use premium account and I'm surprised that I don't have a proper support for issues like that.
