Passivity of "enable shuffle" and "enable repeat" buttons

After installing the application as specified on spotify's site and logging in, I first searched for a song in the search section and started to play, it continued to play other songs automatically over time, it was normal until here, but the "shuffle" and "repeat" buttons were disabled. Those 2 buttons became active after playing a song from my own playlist.
