Hello, I logged into Spotify today and found that all of my playlists (I had created several) have completely disappeared. What happened? How do I get them back?
EDIT: I should note - I HAVE playlists - they're just not mine. It's a short list of weird playlists that I didn't create.
ALSO: I'm on the Family Plan, but I checked and my partner has not logged in as me. And the playlists that are appearing are not her's either. We turned on Family Plan a few weeks ago, but this happened just today AFAIK.

Okay I didn't knew that, looks like you got hacked or somebody guessed your password. Secondly, I thought you only had followed playlists. You can restore your own playlists here. If that happens again, change the password of your email and spotify and run a scan on your computer (maybe you got a keylogger (very unlikely but possible)).
Happned to me a few days before on my andoird phone. I fixed it by closing the app and going online, everything was back there. Because you use the desktop-app I would recomend that you reinstall the whole thing, that should fix it.
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled, logged back in, no luck. Still the same playlists.
ALSO: It says I'm playing from another device, when I know for a fact I am not. I clicked "log out everywhere" in my account, and after that, it still says I was playing somewhere else. Very strange behaviour. I clicked "log out everywhere" a second time and it seems to have stopped. I also changed my password. Could I have been hacked? Could the hacker have removed my playlists? Am I going mad?
I'd really like my playlists back. Is there a way to contact spotify?
Hmm, I don't think that you got hacked, why should somebody delete your playlists (yes not yours but you know what I mean), there is no reason for that. I don't think that you can do more than re-following the playlists, sorry.
Pretty sure something hinkey was going on, because there are all kinds of weird tracks in my 'recently played' -as for re-following: that doesn't help me with playlists I created - which I was pretty happy with; they're gone now? Hope not. Contacted @SpotifyCares - haven't heard back yet. Kinda pissed by this whole thing.

WOW - Yeah - they were all there - and deleted as of yesterday - WTF?! As I said, I logged out everywhere and changed my password - Hopefully that fixes it - but I'll definitely check for a keylogger or other malware. Thanks.
