Using Spotify
Listen Everywhere
I opened Spotify on my Mac and my Windows 8.1 machine, selected a song on my Windows 8.1 pc then selected a different one on my mac, then opened my queue on my windows pc and played the current song on my windows pc, then opened spotify on my nexus 5. I then ended up with the first song and the second song's info combined onto one screen on my Nexus 5. The song that was actually playing is Cast Away by Strange Talk and yet the progress bar at the bottom kept on going and the only way to force Spotify to update the into was to force close it via the Apps section in settings and then reopen it.
