Can send, but not receive songs.

Hello, on both mobile and desktop, I can only send songs (which other users do receive) but I cannot receive any.

I've tried reinstalling Spotify both on my IPhone and my computer. I've also tried manually logging in using my @facebook.com email and nothing is fixing it. 

I use version 1.0.4.90.g0b6df40b on a Macbook air.

I know that in particular user https://open.spotify.com/user/mrbengoldsmith has sent me several songs that I have never even been notified of. He, however, received everything I send him.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
