Can't display Album or Playlist info in the top 1/3 of the app window

When I open a playlist or an album, I can't see the album cover or any of the title info in the top 1/3 of the app window. If I start to scroll downward, I see the very bottom of the artwork/info, then finally the truncated version...but never the full artwork or title info.

Maybe the pix I'm attaching (in scrolling sequence) can explain it better. Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a fix?

I am using the latest version of the official Spotify app on my Mac, OS X 10.10.5.

I have the same problem. Looks like Spotify doesn't answer anyone anymore.

I actually had a pretty good volley going with their Help/Support on Twitter a month ago. They had me try a bunch of things - none of which worked - and ultimately said they’d kick it further up the chain and get back to me.

They haven’t.

If they can’t recreate it on their end, they’re stumped. And we’re screwed.

I had contact with their support yesterday. They tried to come up with a solution for 3 hours. They gave up and told me I will be contacted by someone throgh email. I hope they will be in touch.

I wish they would check the forum tho, I see many people having the same problem. If they collected their info, they might figure out what the problem may be.

All of a sudden, after a quiet month, I got a new Twitter DM reply this morning asking me to - once again - uninstall/reinstall Spotify and tell them if I’m still having the issue. I’ll bet the house I will.
