An animation of three dots persist when I try to open Spotify for artists page on Safari. I have been checking my stats from my mobile device, hoping the Safari issue would be solved by itself, but now it has been over a month.

Can you clean your cache and cookies to see if the issue persist?
On another note, have you tried using an incognito/private window to see if that makes any changes?

Could you try to access the website with a different device? If possible, with a PC.
Also, can you switch to a different WIFI/mobile network to test it again?
If this doesn't do the trick, please send us a screenshot showing what you see after you try to access the website.

@edyedy could you let us know if you've tried any of @Jeremy's troubleshooting tips above? In addition, I can also suggest to try opening the Spotify for Artists page through a new private window of your Safari browsers. To do so just choose File > New Private Window. The window looks like a regular window, but the address bar is dark. Sometimes this could help resolve issues with the cache of your browser.
@twinklels7 thanks for the screenshot you've sent us, could you give it another shot on a different browser like Google Chrome as well? Also if you're using a VPN that too might be causing issues with accessing the page.

Google Chrome worked for me. Any idea when I'll be able to use safari again? Chrome tends to slow my computer down.

Domain is not giving access. White screen or endless download. It's a bug, friends.

Thank you for keeping us in the loop.
We tested this on our end and were able to access the Artists website using Safari on a Mac computer.
Could you send us the make, model and OS version of your device? As well as the Safari version you're running.
Lastly, we know you'd like to use Safari, but it's worth mentioning that if you're trying to access your Artist profile, remember you can also use the Spotify for Artist app from your mobile device.

It could be a good idea to check and run all available updates on your operating system and especially on your Safari browser, as we believe that the Safari client that you're browsing on is now being outdated.

We do think that keeping your software updated on the latest supported versions is really the best way to go! We want to help you out in resolving this, and so we did some more testing. We've tried again from a another MacOS device, with the exact link you shared, running latest OS and Safari versions and we couldn't reproduce your experience. The site loads just fine with the latest version of Safari.
In this situation we can either recommend you again to run the pending updates for your system, or alternatively, you can still give another web bowser a go.

I'm on the newest version and I'm also encountering the same problem in Safari.
also latest versions on everything here, encountering the same problem. somehow fixed when using chromium based devices. this is not an issue with our devices, but on Spotify's side.
fixed, turn off some extensions in my case it was Tampermonkey
