Couldn't log into my account. reinstalled it and have lost all playlists

Couldn't log into my account. reinstalled it and have lost all playlists

I have not been able to log into my A/c or indeed Spotify.com at all, On my 2012 iMac (Browser out of date) or 2015 Macbook Pro (Safari out of date) So installed Chrome on Macbook Pro. I couldn't uninstall it as the app was open I couldnt access it to log out so I had the go to library the delete the app. I then did a Spotify clean reinstall. So I can now log in to an account in my name but all my previous playlists have disappeared, hundreds of songs in dozens of playlists have disappeared. I am desperate to get them all back. Please help me 🙂

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Sounds like you've logged into a different account. Follow these steps to find a secondary account and then log in with the correct one to have all your playlists again. As a side note, be advised that devices and browsers on them need to meet the app's minimum requirements in order to work. If they don't meet them, that's most likely why you can no longer log in.
