Custom Radio Stations disappeared on Mac Desktop on update

Solved!

Custom Radio Stations disappeared on Mac Desktop on update

I know people have had this issue in the past (lots of people). I only found issues from back in 2013 & 2012. (The solution seemed to be to wait until another update?)

Description

My custom radio stations are not visible on Mac Desktop client after update to latest version with a Premium Account.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. opened spotify after update, auto login (my account is connected to Facebook)

2. Navigated to Radio.

3. See my last played station, but none of my other custom stations

4. My custom stations still show up on my mobile app (Samsung Galaxy) w same account

5. I doubled checked that I am logged in with the same extact account

6. I logged out and back in

My Operating System

OS 10.9.2

My Spotify version

0.9.8.296g91f68827

My internet provider and country

Verizon, USA

My username

Hey guys, it's been a while.  But I thought I would update on this.

Whatever was the problem seems to now be fixed.  I have version 0.9.10.14 now and my radio stations are populating just fine on the desktop app.

Hope you guys have found the same!

Hi @noheadesigns Could you get in touch with the support team here just in case this is account related. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.

Just out of interest, do your stations show in the web player?

Hi @jwylot,

My stations do show up in the web player.

And thanks for the advise, I will contact support like you suggested.

Thanks,

Robin

Hi, I'm having a similar issue to noheadesigns. My custom stations show on my iPhone 5s, but not on Spotify in Win7 or on the web player. The only consoling fact is that on the web and win7 player, I am able to play my last station listened to. What's going on?

I'm having the same issue in Windows 8 with the App installed and in the Web player.  I am able to see my saved stations on my iPhone 5, however.

Did anyone get a resolution for this? I'm having the same problem. My radio stations also do not show in the Web Player. The only radio stations that show in the desktop app and web player is the last one played or the "recommended" stations.

On all of my Android devices all of my saved radio stations show up fine.

Thanks

Not yet.  I've been emailing back and forth with a Spotify support person over the last week.  So far we've tried several different things but nothing's solved the problem as yet.  😕

I'm having the same problem. My custom stations won't appear in anything but the Android app. I've sent two emails to the support team now and have had no response from them. Thinking about installing an older version and seeing if that works. Anyone had success with this?

I'd love to know if installing an older version makes a difference.  Can't hurt to try, right?

Also, could please include a URL where you can find older .exe files if it works?

Thanks!

I found this while browsing the community for where to get older versions. I haven't had time to try it yet, but figured I'd post it here in case someone wanted to try before me.  http://www.filehorse.com/download-spotify/  It seems to have every version available.

I tried versions 0.9.7.16 and 0.9.6.81  - the two recent versions before the current one.

BOTH of them showed saved Radio Stations!  Hooray!

Same here, the last update seems to have fixed it.
