My Question or Issue

I really enjoy Spotify's Daily Mixes, however I'm running into a problem when listening on my laptop - the Daily Mixes just end when I listen to the bottom of the current page (to the greyed out section). On my iPhone I can scroll and load more songs, however, neither scrolling or playing adds any additional songs to these mixes. They do end up changing as I "heart" songs on the mixes, but if I don't heart any and just have Spotify playing in the background the mixes will end after 14 or so songs.

I've read a bunch of threads form other people with this same issue, however, I've been unable to find a solution. There is no spclient Spotify exception added to my hosts file, and my Friend Activity list updates normally. I am running Avast anti-virus software, but it doesn't seem to be blocking Spotify (or at least I can't find any record of a block or way to add an exception).

Any idea how I might get around this? For now I either just avoid the Daily Mixes or listen from my phone, but it would be great to find a more enduring solution for this.

Thanks for the help!

Hey @xthursdayx.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We'll be glad to help you out here 🙂

I know this sounds obvious, but would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here? This can solve many common problems that our users experience.

Would you mind linking us to the other threads which you have seen with users reporting the same issue? Once we have those, we can investigate further.

Thanks in advance 🙂
