Deleting tracks from Starred is broken in multiple ways

Hi, there are the following issues concerning removing tracks from the Starred playlist:

- the Delete keyboard shortcut is terrible, it should be supressed. Finding a track worth favoriting takes a lot of time/effort, I certainly never want them to be silently removed by an accidental keypress. At the very least there should be a confirmation dialog when the shortcut is used.

- One cannot undo a removal. Despairing.

- If I star a track and immediately try to remove it, it simply doesn't work. One has to restart Spotify in order to remove a track one starred in that same session.
