Nameless Playlist Under Devices Menu OSX Client

There seems to be a nameless playlist that I can not alter or delete! Under my device tab, there seems to be a playlist that contains songs that neither show up under my playlists on my computer or my android device. I have restored my phone to factory settings and reinstalled the osx client (clearing the cache too) but to no avail. I can check the "Sync to device" checkbox and it shows songs downloading on my device but there is no playlist in sight. There exist album covers on the playlist cover and it shows that there are 128 songs withinh the actual playlist. However, no playlist (including the recoverable/deleted ones) contain exactly 128 songs. 

I have included a screenshot of the playlist in question and I can include a screenshot of the app on the android device (HTC DNA) if necesesary too. All I want to do is delete it but it has no adverse effect on streaming or listening. If possible, would clearing old playlists also be an option?
