Help: Spotify Won't Open

Hi I've been trying to open spotify for the past few days and it wont open fully. Im using it on a Mac and whenever I click on the application it opens for a second then immediately quits itself. Ive already tried restarting my computer and even uninstalled the app and downloaded it again numerous time but nothing is working. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix it I'd really appreciate it. thank you.

Try deleting the app with AppCleaner (http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/), to make sure all files are cleared. Then reinstall and see if that solves your problem.

I have the same problem as gdbadger and have tried the same things - including clicking on your link, but the side doesn't  work.

Any other suggestions? 

It is very strange that i suddently doesn't work on my Mac (works on the phone though)
