Jumpy music playing

Device: Mac Pro running MacOS 10.13.6

 

Running Sportify app.

 

I've been experiencing jumpy music while listening to Spotify at work, like the music is very lacky. I'm pretty sure there is no internet problem because I work for a tech company, the internet is very reliable. I also don't have similar problem on other music platform or playing youtube. Tried restart the app, didn't help.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend updating to macOS 10.14 and check the internet connection with the IT department in your work place.
