My Question or Issue

Hello!

I'm having troubles signing in on my desktop computer app.

It logged itself out all of a sudden and it keeps on saying username or password incorrect error code :accesspoint 19. I tried logging in with my username instead and it says Errorcode: auth 2. 

I can sign on perfectly fine on firefox explorer and all my other devices. 

Can anyone help me please??

I tried re-installing the app and it still doesnt work

Hi @Amy_Go2, thanks for writing.

 

Currently the Spotify Desktop app is not available in South Korea.  Spotify always aim to improve, so I guess this will be solved soon. In the meantime, you can use Spotify on desktop with our Webplayer.

We've been informed that the Desktop application is Live in South Korea!

 

Run a clean reinstall or download the app and check if it's working.
