I just spent a few hours with an asociate of Spotify in the chat who was very friendly and helpful. I think his services deserve a bigger reward that the few positive clicks in the survey afterwards. Implement a Kudos system for reps that are nicer and harder worker than average associates. Also a coffee maker should be in every workstations main areas. Boosts productivity and emotional wellbeing.
