Make secret anti-syncs across devices

I use spotify on mac and android. When I pick a playlist on mac to "make secret", this option gets removed in favor of "make public". I assume this is because the playlist became secret.

However, when I check on my phone, I still have the option to "make secret". When I pick this option, it says that my playlist became secret, and replaces that option with "make public".

The weirdest part: when I now check the playlist on my mac, my only option is to "make secret". If I pick this, and check my phone, my phone is back to offering to "make secret".

To clarify: when my mac says a playlist is secret, my android says it's public. When my android says a playlist is secret, my mac says it's public.

I can make both public at the same time without problem. But only one of them ever says that it's secret.
