Missing Starred Music and my playlists!!! HELP!!!

Hi

I am temporarily using Spotify in Germany and it has been working fine and has all my music saved. Then today I opened Spotify and discovered that all my Starred music was missing and some of my playlist were gone as well. Please help me!! I had alot of my favorite and new favorites saved. I just want the names of the artists and songs even.
