Year In Music

My Year in Music review thing is just wrong for some reason. It says only listened to one artist, and only one album, which is 100% not the case. Any reasons as to why this might be? Thanks for any help!

Playlist doesn't stretch to full resolution of monitor

On my work mac Spotify doesn't seem to stretch the playlist columns as I adjust the size of the window. Please see attached image. This also happens on my PC desktop at home. The zoom-in, zoom-out feature doesn't "fix" this either.
