Music does not work

Hello I use Spotify for several days Macbook Air but there's a problem. In fact I had to turn off my computer off and on the music I was listening does not work at all remaining block at 0:00. Other music works perfectly. Music block is as follows: My blood - Ellie Goulding. Reinstall spotify solves nothing, disconnect / reconnect too. As against the song works perfectly on my google chrome browser.
