Music refuses to play after ad

After an ad comes on no music will play and nothing can be done to make it play except reload the website. It's like it gets stuck after the ad plays and won't register that the ad has finished playing. Clearing my cache and restarting my computer have not fixed this issue.

Would you mind checking with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

 
If that doesn't work as expected, could you try performing a clean reinstall on your device? We recommend this step since it gets you the latest app version and removes corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing this issue.
