My playlist description won't save

I've been trying to save my playlist description for a few hours now and it just won't save. It's really important for me to save this description as it has notes about points in the playlist. I've NEVER had this issue before, and I use descriptions on every single playlist I have.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Have you tried with another internet connection? 

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
