Newly followed playlists don't show up in "public playlists"

Alright so for the last month I've been on a lot of "recently played artists no refreshing" threads, and it seems that Spotify has [started] to take care of the issue. But now I've noticed that my "public playlists" have not updated in a very long time, to be honest it isn't as important since all my playlists do still show up on the left-side music bar, but my friends can't see any new playlists that I follow. I'll estimate that it's been about 2 months at least since it's refreshed, I've followed 15 new playlists that don't show up on my Profile page if someone were to look at what playlists I follow.

If anyone has a solution to manually refresh that, that would be awesome, but I think this is similar to "recently played artists" not updating, so I'm trying to build some support on this thread to get the issue address. Thanks everyone.
